Brussels Sprouts in Sour Cream
2 packages frozen Brussels sprouts (or equivalent fresh
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped jalapenos
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Steam sprouts for about 12 minutes until tender. In the mean time combine all other ingredients. When the sprouts are done combine and serve. Careful with reheating because the sour cream will tend to curdle, but it will still be delicious.
