Tuna Salad Healthy

1/3 cup greek yogurt
1/2 tsp citric acid or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh dill or parsley
10 oz tuna (albacore is best) drained
2 celery stalks or one medium carrot diced
2 tablespoons onion minced

Mix yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper into a dressing.
Add the rest of the ingredients and fold in gently.
