Potato Salad with Dill and Chives

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 flowering head of dill, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dill seed
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cream or yogurt
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in their skins, until they are just tender. Cool, peel and slice the potatoes. Sprinkle on the onion, parsley, chives, dill. Blend the mayonnaise and cream or yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. Add to the potato mixture and stir gently. Leave in bowl and let stand for a few hours so the flavors mingle. Serves 4.
