Sourdough Pizza Dough

1/4 cup starter
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup flour per pizza for thin crust, double for thick
water as needed

Combine in a mixing bowl and add enough water to form a dry dough. The dough will loosen over night. Let sit up to two days until ready to make pizza.

Knead dough adding flour or water to get the consistency right. Bake pizzas at 450f for 15 minutes before adding cheese.
