Smoked Salmon Appetizer Pizza

Sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tespoons minced fresh shallots
1 tablespoon shopped fresh baby dill leaves
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
pinch kosher salt

Toppings:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup red onions sliced thin
8 oz Norwegian salmon
2 tablespoons capers (optional)
4 dill sprigs (optional)


Brush rolled-out dough with olive oil and top with red onions. Bake at 500F until crust begins to brown. Cover with dill sauce, spread lox around, and top with capers. Slice, garnish, and serve.
