Rice: Pressure Cooked

White rice: 2 cups water to 1 cup rice + 1 teaspoon salt: 10 minutes on high
Brown rice: 1 1/2 cups water to 1 cup rice + 1 teaspoon salt: 18 minutes on high

All methods cook on the "high" (second pressure ring) and use the "natural release" method which means at the end of the time let the pot sit on the stove until the pressure equalizes.
