Chinese Pasta

1 package dried pasta
3 tablespoons cooking oil

Seasonings:
1 tablespoon finely minced ginger
4 cloves minced garlic

Sauce:
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons thin soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon Asian chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon minced orange zest
3/4 cup chopped cilantro

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package and drain.

Place empty pasta pot over medium heat. When hot, add the oil and seasonings. Saute for a few seconds.

Add the ingredients for the sauce and bring to a low boil.

When the sauce has reached a boil, return the pasta and combine until evenly mixed.

Serving suggestions: sprinkle on two tablespoons toasted sesame seeds.
