Chicken with Sorrel Sauce
4 chicken breasts
5 oz sorrel
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
Brown the chicken in a little oil. Remove from pan. Add wine to the pan and reduce slightly. Add the sorrel and cook until it changes color. Add sour cream. Heat just to the simmering point, but do not allow to boil. Serve sauce over chicken.
