Yogurt Bagels

1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
4 teaspoons baking powder (or 1 tsp baking soda)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
2 egg whites (or whole eggs)
toppings: sesame seeds, asiago, parmesan

Preheat the oven to 375F.

Combine dry ingredients and mix.
Add yogurt and combine.
Knead about 15 turns. Dough should be tacky, but not sticky.
Divide into 8 balls.
Roll each ball into 3/4 inch rope, moisen end and stick together.
Place on silicone mat on a baking sheet
Brush egg wash on top.

Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before eating or storing.
