Whey Wheat Bread
4 cups all purpose flour (600g)
2 cups wheat flour (300g)
3 teaspoons yeast
2 teaspoons salt
3 cups whey (plus water as necessary)
Combine dry ingredients. Add liquid to form a dough. Knead. Shape into two loaves and allow to rise. Preheat oven to 400F and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until loaves are brown on top. Cool on a rack before slicing.
