Sourdough Rolls
1/2 cup sourdough starter
1 cup bread flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons canola oil
2 teaspoons instant yeast
Mix starter, flours, salt, and water and knead into a ball. Add oil and knead again until a ball is formed. Let sit overnight.
The next day add yeast to dough and knead until smooth. Divide into 8 rolls and place on a baking sheet. Let sit until doubled in size - about 30 to 60 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until nicely puffed and browned.
