Sourdough Pizza Dough
Makes enough for two pizzas
Bread:
2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup sourdough starter
1/2 cup warm water (roughly)
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
Combine ingredients and knead until a stiff ball forms. More or less water may be necessary depending on how thick the starter is. Let rise overnight at room temperature.
Before use divide into two balls. Knead each ball briefly before rolling out to a 14 inch circle.
