Greek Spinach Cheese Rolls

1 load frozen bread dough (or puff pastry?)
1 package frozen shopped spinach
3/4 cup (3oz) feta cheese
1/2 cup (2oz) shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 reaspoon black pepper

Thaw bread dough and roll out to 15x9 inches

Combine all other ingredients. Spread over surface of dough.

Roll up dough starting at the long edge

Cut roll into 1 inch slices, place into greased muffin pan and let sit for 30 minutes.

Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
